Season 6 will start in January 2010 and we need you input. To please as much racers as possible, we want to hear your opinion on what should be our next season. So, please, be kind enough to reply to this thread with ... - Your favorite car(s) : - your favorite track(s) : - how do you see Season6 of liveforspeed.be (longer/shorter races? - multiple races a night? - learning process by gradually difficult combos? ...) : thank you already For Liveforspeed.be the admins.

and maybe per point we get 1kg ballast?

I think weight ballast have been discussed before and turned down. It has been considered very difficult to work out, frustrating for the top pilots, uneducationnal for the slower drivers, and I am not sure we can at this point force a car to carry the given weight. if the admins cannot check the onboard ballast, you can imagine how quickly the rule will be flushed down the toilets by some people more interested in score than fairplay. any other combo? or should we proceed and call season 6 "the towzt edition" ?!

they can; if you follow a car and press F11 you can see their handicaps (weight or air intake restriction) I haven't driven al these combo's yet; but they seem like fun Also, you can make your own track for the MRTs, like a small track lots of sharp corners, (what the cart is made for

my favorite cars are: FXR, MRT, FBM, FOX and BF1 my favorite tracks are: Aston National (esp. with the BF1), Kyoto GP long, Westhill (but had already), FE green Rev also an option: South City Chicane (I think we never had)
But a racer in a league has to take what the admins choose and learn to arrange with that combo, so this is the real challenge!

I think a small selfmade track would be fun; , but at the other side, if you crash, the race is over with those tracks on autocross. Fox on as club is a nice combo for me. And a MRT race would also be nice (some short track like FE Club, or AS Cadet). Something else also, like a rally (didn't that do here before?).

Hi admins
first of all happy new year to all of you i think of the follow things for season 6, why we can't drive a whole season with the standard setup on every car or track? i know for sure that only a good setup gives the gap between the faster and the slower drivers.I should give it a try
greets sennaboy

I only have setups from Setupgrid and Setupfield. Making a own setup is to much work And if the setup is very bad, i search for a other one.

A good setup does make a difference in your lap times. But it would also level the field if we used the default setup in lfs. One question though, how do you force everyone to use the default setup without using some sort of insim app? As Xtian pointed out, it didn't work during the last ROC when we(admins) asked that everyone use the default setup.
