Hello all,
I know tha the upcoming races often have mandatory pit stops. What is required in these? Must we take fuel or change tires? Or is just a stop and go allowable?
Looking forward to the season!

Hi Griphos - and Hi and welcome to our new members too- Correct me if I'm wrong: We will have mandatory pit stop for all races except the two races at South city sprint (because there are no pits on this track). You do not have to refuel or change tyres, you can just make a pit stop for the minimal time, about a second. You must first decide if you want to refuel, change tyres or fix damages by accessing the F12 panel (for those who would not know that). Fixing minor damage can take a lot of time, I personally leave the command to "do not fix damage" unless my suspensions get badly messed up. Strategy will have you chose for a tyre change or refuel, but they both cost a lot of time so the general rule is to avoid them unless you cannot do without. Please read the rules : You must stay on the driving lane until you make your stop. You cannot drive across all the stop spots to gain time or distance or you will be penalised (that's how ugly we are) You must respect the yellow pit line when you come OUT of the pits. You can cross the pit entry line, except on oval track. On Ovals, you must respect IN and OUT lines. And be careful, there are cars with no pit limiter. And please do not bump at the back of another fellow to make him cross the entry line with excessive speed

i always refuel during pits (been driving fm fox events for over a year), it doesnt take much time, and its to make sure the lfs system realizes i pitted.
