Yes there back, the Renault event days.. Normaly there were allways in Zolder.. A pitty it is now in Spa.. I think this circuit is much to long for this event. (Clio and Megane cup) Even with F1 it is to long, viewer laps, and to much time before they pass you again. But hey .. I will be there more info and free tickets on : www.worldseriesbyrenault.com/spa/be/?codeinvit=04Like every year we may expect a demo of the F1 bolide (of last year) cu in Spa.

Zolder is way to small for that event. With all those free tickets far to many spectators come over. I would like a better if they charged 5 or 10 euro entrance so that only fans of motorsports went to watch it. Now it's just hilarious to hear the comments of some of the spectators. But, i won't be there this year. I have an mx race that weekend where i will participate. So no Renault days for me in 2008

I've never actually been to a real race before. Except for the occasional race of STCC there isn't much going on. I'd love to visit one of the big tracks in Europe some time, though.

when I go, it is mostly to an F1 event. Or Ferrari events (mostly also in Spa) But when I have to chose from a spectator point of view I always go to Magny-Cours. Al lot of action (you see the cars pass times. The cheapest places are on nice tarmac tribunes and not in the mud like in Spa. And especially the camping accommodations cost 1/3 of Spa and are 500% better.

I mostly attent to endurance races for professonal reasons and I loved magny cours. went there for the bol d'or race in september. much nicer atmosphere than the motorcycle 24h at le mans and from adelaide you can see about half of the track. and if you want to see the other half, you can cover the whole track in half an hour (compared to the hour and a half I had to walk from the so called VIP parking to the main tribune at spa to see the cars for 3 seconds every lap) there's an extraodinary italian retaurant in a little city about 120 km on the way to magny cours, stop there to eat if you can, I should just spot the place on the map if interested.
