Official Race results for Race 10 :
Qualify : 1. Gnomie (GRATZ) 2. Jyuetsch 3. Sennaboy 4. Hanziboy 5. Dustin Luckenbill 6. SLO_Scatter
Finish result : 1. Gnomie (GRATZ !!!) 2. Dustin Luckenbill (Fastest Lap) (1L) 3. Jyuetsch (2L) 4. Hanziboy (4L) 5. SLO_Scatter (6L)
Dustin Luckenbill and Hanziboy have crossed the yellow pit exit line.. but the penalty (20 seconds) does not change the race order because the time between them and followers was larger than the penalty. Also the penalty (40 seconds) for Jyuetsch to reset the car only to repair the car does not change the finishing order for the same reason.

Hi guys! Sorry, but I can't make it to the test race tonight. I'm really busy these days practicing for my final exams, and I really don't have time. Good luck tonight though!

How did the test race go? How many times did you spin in the tight S-curve near the middle?

Hi all, we were only with 6 racers this evening ..BUT It was a very excited and learneble race. We learned that a Yelow flag cituation because of the chicane can be disturbed. You don't know if it is for a car or just because he slowed down for the chicane. Therefore we tried to make the chicane made out of cones..then you would be able to see if there is a car standings still in the chicane or not. Problem we have then is that the chicane can't be seen enough. The solution we came with is to make the chicane faster and put less tyres. Because it is faster (less bended) you have more view on the chicane. On the left there is enough escape room and ther we left the cones. Below you can see the difference between the old and the new one. But PRACTISE is needed !!! From the 6 racers there was only one who did make it untill the end without using SHIFT-P (may be done in test race).. and that racer was... SLO_SCATTER !!! Gratz !!! And he did that very fast 2 We also had 2 time-outs (Jyuetsch-Cidoum) and 3 total loss cars (SLO knuckles-Sennaboy-Hanziboy). I hope to see a lot of practise on the servers to prepare yourself for this difficult task. Also know that the last race is also on ASTON and is a long race !!! So the more practise on Aston now will benefit you for the last race ! Cu all on track !!

That new chicane is indeed better. It's easier to see if a car is in trouble there now. It is also faster through there. Although you still need to slow down, just not as much. I was just checking it out yesterday and ran 1 outlap and 1 hotlap, I managed a 1:42.83 which is a new pb for me and I think I might be able to go lower.
I'm also trying to work things out so that I can go to my family reunion and still be here to race Sunday. I'll just have to see what happens.
Peace all, Scatt

My computer crashed today and needed to be formated I can't re-install LFS at times.. I hope it will be a good race tonigth ! sorry to here this !!! The race.. one disaster for me, 6 racers at the start 5th position for me..was to carefully at the start and missed out qt the first chicane...lqast position... and at the new chicane I had to predict some trouble but I did... Went full on throttle an slam in to the accident. was flying and landed behind the wall.. Game over. So I've watched the race and played race director... checking pit exits et. At the end only 3 survived the race. All on the podium !!!! Gratz to all.

I seem to be able to run practice laps better than I run race laps. Grats to the 3 guys that made it to the finish.
