..... but then, in the 14th lap or so, i timed out. That was because of my stupid ass Internet connection, i have wireless internet, which never was a problem, but now, (because we've digital tv trough DSL) we have to use a modem from our ISP, which is a huge F#cking piece of sh#t (pardon me my French) I lose connection for a sec every 10 secs, and every now and then, he decides to stop working (like yesterday). And can this be solved.... You were also the only one, I think, lagging and this makes it very difficult to avoid collisions in close battles.. With the "ping" commando you should be able to proof to your ISP you are having this problem (interruption every 10secs) and that they have to solve it. I hope i can compete angain the next round, had fun (was my 1st pre arranged race ever ). And we hope you can join again. You were a fast and fair racer, a nice contribution to this league !!

Knuckles, if Hans is saying what I think he is, he means to turn off (reboot) your modem and/or router for about 20-30 secs, then turn it back on. I have to do that sometimes with my modem, and that's what my ISP suggests their users to do. My modem can seem to be working perfectly, then all of a sudden it doesn't...so I reboot the modem and the router. After that I'm good to go. This doesn't change any settings, it's just like rebooting your pc.

I works perfectly on LAN but not WLAN, and if i put in my 2nd wireless modem in a lan hub, it doens't send me trough. any idea how to change this (maybe because of the 2 subnets)

Well, I totally forgot that today's race was the official points race. So I didn't push it as hard as I should have. I still need to watch the replays to see if I need to apologize to anyone. Gratz to the winners !!! Sure enough, I need to apologize to Xtian for taking him out in Race 2 on lap 3. I got too far to the left and got a wheel off of the tarmac causing me to spin into Xtain, who was passing at that time. We both spun, but I recovered first and took off. It didn't even occur to me what I had done until I watched the replay. Sorry for not letting you get in front after the spin Xtian. I was a space cadet during the whole race Sunday. I don't know what was wrong, but I couldn't get anything right. Hopefully I'll be more focused during the next race. Cya on the track don't, it was race incident, I was trying to survive and we ran out of space and both went for a little spin in the grass. I fell bad that I closed on you and hit you. that race was terrible for me anyway

The race at Blackwood with the FZ5 proved a tricky one for me. Found it difficult to really push the car. Not so for some as others were simply in a different league. Anyway well done to those who finished all 3 races and to those who won.
Looking forward to the next event at Fern bay with MRT.
Hanziboy and admin, keep up the good work
Cya all at the next event!
Rasta.
