If anybody asks me (wont happen), there is no other possiblity then TC on. Other options are undriveable on this track. I expect the admins to decide in the same way. So they would give the inexperienced driver like me the chance to bring the race to its end and this with fun. Basically this combo brings fun, without TC it brings horror!
Thanks for reading

My vote would be to be able to use the TC for this race.
I know we want to be as realistic as we can, but this race without TC would be a disaster waiting to happen.

Actually, Scat, this is an older F1 car, designed and built to run TC. I think it's more realistice to drive it that way. I practiced without TC, and I can't keep off the walls. I won't run this race without TC.

As the admin vote is now 2 pro TC on, i democratically have to decide TC will be on.. LOL off course it will be on, this is for 50 ... YES fifty laps.. I also want to get to the finish line and not with the same amount of pit visits. And indeed this car is designed with the TC on .. so more realistic. Then why we decided to turn it of on the Senna Memorial race?? Because that was a circuit with a lot of fast corners where it was more then drivable. I also have to repeat to practice with race configuration, a lot of fuel, and with as many together as possible. This will not be the race to be fastest and having that fast time in the Siwix tables .. but to stay out of the wall as much as possible.

Even slowing down (and remember, I'm the slowest driver out there) with TC on, I will not be able to finish 50 laps without vistiting the pits every 6 laps or so for repairs. I have Bluebird's setup but still can't control the car. This is probably a consequence of my limited ability. I will give the practice race a try, but I expect to give up part way through so as to not be a roadblock to the other drivers. Sigh.

I might have found some help. I changed the wheel sensitivity from 50% to 100%, and found some more control. Still slow, but off the walls at least. LOL.

........I will give the practice race a try, but I expect to give up part way through so as to not be a roadblock to the other drivers. Sigh. No just NOT give up .. for the following reasons. * You need the practice to grow and become faster. * It is not you but the faster cars that have to pass you. This can O N L Y be done in a save way !!!! SO the faster cars DON'T have to expect you to move over in the slow corners of the circuit. If you watch the mirrors more then 1/2 second your in the wall. So in the slow corners JUST look in front of you . and go go go . then the guys behind you loses less time !! Once you have the place you can lift the throttle a bit... DON'T BRAKE !!!! And don't try to split to cars on a sec of each other, see where you can easily let them pass you both at the same time. And to the faster guys remember ALSO the slower cars are racing and fighting for position.. Also they have to fight for position. It is the last race and if you look at the standings , some racers are very close to each other. So have some respect for the slower cars to, don't mess up there race because they can not move right a way. I really hope EVERYBODY will be there tomorrow, and don't give up easily.. we all need the practice , even if your a few laps behind.

I had a lot of fun tonight, with fair and close battles, despite the fact that I was pushed off track before turn 1 and again during a safety car procedure; I really think we need to work a little more on some basic rules like reset = stop and go no unlapping during SC no suicide attack I'm not a big F1 fan so i'd like to ask you guy with more knowledge than me: does this look like single line reasonnable speed safety car procedure in real life?

some remarks; that crash dind't only was wierd; that also helpen J a bit, he had damage before it and pressed reset (can't blame him for that ofcourse), so he had new tires and no damage (he still would have passed me i think.
By the way; senna, in race 1 J was on your insede and could go nowwhere in race 2 you just ran into Xtian without getting hit in the back; even if these crashes where caused by someone else; your stile of driving wouldn't have been aprroved anyway; look at me,started in last place (should have been 5th) got dirven off as wel in lap 1 (had HUGE framedrops, and somewhere scatter crashed into my back; not his fault, i braked to early) and had real bad damage (right rear wheel ended up 20cm more forward then the left); but i went into the pit; repaired; had a drive trough; and if the 2nd saftycar would have come 2 laps earlier; i could even ended up before DNRT (because he lapped me 1 lap earlier i had to stay behind him)
And Xtian not in F1; but it does in other sports

nice close fight.. a prove it is possible !!!
Next Sunday we will avoid first lap collisions by having a kind of a flying start during the first lap.. so full speed, but NO overtaking .. I hope this will result in no incidents during the first lap.
So qualify is very important. because if you mess things up, your stuck behind the slower cars for 1 lap.
Cu next Sunday !!

Sorry if I caused anyone problems yesterday. I just tried to run the race at a pace that was comfortable for me. I knew I wasn't going to be challenging anyone for a position. My only way of gaining a position was if someone had problems, which I don't wish anyone to have problems. For me, the only safe place for someone to overtake me was on a straight section, so that is why I was holding my line through the twisty section of So. City. But when I got to the long straight before the next to last turn, I would move to the side and lift off throttle a little bit. I did that for DNRT (and others) several times. I hope that was ok following me through the twisty section until we got to a straight. Those SC laps need some work guys. Maybe leave more space between cars? Way too many incidents. Sorry towz-T, you're right, I had no where to go.
