I've had a very productive practice session tonight !!
Improved with more then a second !. And instead of overheated left front tyre after 6 laps , I have a controllable left front good to go for as many laps as I want now and keep it under control.
And this with the same set. Got some new set to of course, another reason to participate in the practice sessions to .
Looking forward to next weeks race.
Ty for being here last Sunday !

And do you do that ? I managed to improve tyres conditions by just braking sooner in a straight line then turn in one 90° move just as i smoothly got back on the throttle (rather than braking all the way to the apex then reapply gas) but I never got under 58 this way... I keep having this feeling that this car just doesn't work properly and racing it is just trying to keep it from driving in a straight line in the wall or catching fire.

...... I keep having this feeling that this car just doesn't work properly and racing it is just trying to keep it from driving in a straight line in the wall or catching fire. I love it how the artist in you can be found in the way you tell things here I even got in the high 57 during the race, but is not yet in lfs lapper because it was off line then. How ?? and that is also how I improved a lot last time.. review the replay from those faster guys. You have the setups so beiing slow can only be a "PICNIC" error ..... Problem In Chair..Not In Computer With that car in RACE look after those things : Respect those and you will get 4 nice warmed tyres . Giving you grip and time improvements During Qualify you need to be very hard on the tyres during the outlap to get them in the green zone for the hotlaps. Thx to Towz-T for advising me last Sunday .

I eventually made it into the 58's, but not very consistent.
I was more concerned with keeping my left front from cooking. I didn't do too bad until the last race and I started pushing harder, and that just roasted the left front. I was trying to use Xtian's method of braking in a straight line, then let it coast around the corner...not going full throttle too fast.
But the races seemed pretty clean from what I saw. Hopefully that carries over to the official race this Sunday.

Had not such a good night.. Qualify was good , in the middle of the pack... Race 1 : started good could stay close to the fast guys.. Until lap 5 when the last drop of Qualify set fuel was exploded... Race 2 : now with enough fuel and in 2nd position after Motocan, started fine again until I went into the corner together wit Motocan.. I was on the inside, but Motocan closed the door on me and had to wait until last to resume... Race 3 : Best of all, ended 5th with way to hot tyres... guess there will be no points this time ... Cya on track Sunday !!!
