Hell yeah I had such good races last night !!!!! Especially the second race.. first I had Xtian on my tail.. I let him pass as I know he 's faster then me and I would lose to much time battling him. Then I had Vule.. Did the same with him.. No need to block those flying guys that early in the race. Then Xtian crashed and came back at me tail.. But this time I did fight him as I was aways able to leave a small gap between us. Sometimes after a small error I made he was right back at my tail , but every time I could get that gap back.. Those were very nervous but fun laps to drive !!
Thank you all for the race this evening !!!

indeed, exciting race for me too. I did a nice 360° (or was it a 720°?) and recovered without damage. I thought your tyres wouldn't hold if I'd put some pressure on your back but I really was too tired and lost focus a couple of time and never was able to really try anything...

i made some mistakes downshifting and lost a lot of power, but happy with my 2 2nd places. Only drove last week druring the race (wich i couldn't complete because some drunk driver crashed his car in a ditch ) and no other training. We 'll se how it goes next week , my record is a 1.13.7 (but drove that in nov 2010, wich look ages ago )

ages ago or maybe even with a different 3d model for the tyres from a previous version (although I wouldn't swear that they released a new patch since 2010 ...)

Vule did not and passed me. I thought we had a rule saying that overtaking is not allowed under yellow (like in real races) But I could not find the rule.. I drove R2's in front en R1's in the back .. Those R1's gave me such a good grip. I just needed to brake a little more in the very short corners not to overheat them.. Then you could close the gap.. But on the fast left handers I could keep it floored and you could not .. That's where I could increase the gap again.. Was a nice struggle !! I Also tried not to look to much in the mirror and concentrate me on the front view.. that helped a lot..If you were to close I could still hear where your were.

I thought we had a rule saying that overtaking is not allowed under yellow (like in real races) But I could not find the rule.. get that rule in there. People have gotten warnings for doing it (maybe even a penalty). I got a warning once (before official warnings) for not braking in a flat out corner under yellow (2nd corner of WE1 in BF1 if i remember correctly)

look in the rule book:
rule 64.12c - Only Towzt will receive imaginary penalties made out by the admins after they reviewed the race.
;P
Yellow flags could have been a little disorganised on this track because it's a custom lay out. I remember seeing an arrow pointing the wrong direction on the mini map and consequently lift off the throttle and passed a car facing me just after the chicane. No yellow flag.

Indeed, yellow dos not work good on custom tracks, also blue flags is a problem. And not overtaking during yellow is something I guess everybody should know normally without a rule
