i have a question for the admins, if a car goes of like in the practice race, will we get a restart when we are already on the straight?
since i thought green would be given 3 turns before SF line?
and if the car is stuck somewhere else, wiil the green flag also be given on the SF line, or somewhere else?
this might change racing strategy drastically

That is a hard and quick decision to make, we exchanged a word about it on teamspeak when it happened and decided to give green and avoid one more lap under SC as the crashed car was really close to the end of the track and we would rather race than follow the SF. I was in the same exact strategical situation as you were. Sometimes a quick decision has to be made, we cannot plan every situation in advance....

you could for example for every track set a point where you know in advance, after this point its an extra lap, before this point, its this lap

Maybe you should make a different point for every different cars because the situation between F1 and UF1 would be very different ;D

I don't think we give green 3 corners ahead .. mostly when a car crashes before the last corner, then I give green shortly after the car can reset. Specially on the long tracks like the WE. The shorter the SC procedure, the faster we can start racing again.. And that is what we like to do. The strategy of some guys to come in early is because they hope they have an advantage during SC. But they risk they will have to come in a second time on damage and lose extra time. I mostly come in when I see I'm have slower lap times due to traffic in front or behind me.
If you want to know what will happen, then join the teamspeak channel. Every week we are there with 4 guys. You don't even have to talk, but can listen what the admins decide to do.
