Did you have to convert all of you sets after installing the patch? I've been reading in lfs forum about having to convert some files.
I haven't installed the patch yet, but I did make a backup copy of my LFS X folder. Can we even get into the BSR servers yet after installing the patch? Lot's of questions, guess I'll wait for the official patch to be released.

For converting your files, just use the program in the link I posted. Takes 10 seconds to run, and then everything will be ready to go. I simply copied my whole LFS folder and called it "LFSX30", and installed the patch there. So now I have two fully functional versions of LFS, both X10 and X30. No problem really.

Hello,
I just downloaded the new Y patch and now - like expected - all the old sets cant be used, but are still the folder settings. But they dont work if they were copied to the new setup folder!
Want should I do now?, I hope someone can help me!?

All is not lost guys. Read this thread www.lfsforum.net/showthread.php?t=34784 . This little application converts your settings so that they work in patch Y. Once you get them converted so patch Y can see them you might have to tweak your sets just a little. I'm finding that I run out of speed on long straights...not enough gear. Have fun.

Hello,
I have another possiblity found to have the sets back in game.
first you have to copy all you setrs from the settings folder to the setups folder and then rename them like mrt5_FE_Club -----> mrt_FE_Club, because every set has now only 3 letters before the name of the track or your personal setname!
I dont try the application, but the sets are back ;-)
