Who has a setup for me??? Sennaboy always had more time than me so he mostly was my set builder.. But with him gone and still not enough time to invest in a good setup, I have to count on somebody else.....
cu all on track tomorrow evening !!
For the test race The safety car rule will be armed !! SO all please read that rule again under the section rules of this forum !!
Although I don't think it will be necessary with this combo.

hi, I did some laps with a westhill set that I found extreemly stable and easy going. I put it only at www.papazoglakis.net/web/LX6_we1-ky2.setI tweaked the transmission and camber so that the tyre eat up more equally. I'm not a set up expert so feel free to change it hope it can help

How did the test race go? I just got back home from my cabin trip. I drove 280 kilometers back home.. I'm almost glad that I didn't come back home earlier, because then I would be too tempted to participate in the test race and I would probably fall asleep at the wheel.

well, it went rather well except there was only 3 of us, with Hanzy and Scatter. we rode regular 1,59 with a few pb's popping under 1,58. It's a long race but we didn't experience too much crash I think. Burnt 96% fuel (without pushing it too hard) and the tyres held well for 40 laps. we then proceeded to do some safety car procedure testings. I wanted to post some videos of the good fights we had but my computer's just too crappy

I wanted to post some videos of the good fights we had but my computer's just too crappy So here a quick video, just TV camera views of the first 4 laps on put some music on. Converted to Divx. In those 4 laps you can see what Liveforspeed.be is all about.. close but fair racing, If you watch carefully , you often see the head of the drivers turn.. To see where the other is, so you will not close the door for him in the corner.. It was a nice but very exhausting race..Lack of concentration to the end makes you make mistakes more often. Even the screen became blurred at the end because of it... www.liveforspeed.be/media/video/LX6_kyoto_0002.divx ... 73MB !! Better to store it on local hard drive first.

Burnt 96% fuel (without pushing it too hard) and the tyres held well for 40 laps. Maybe that is just the kind of information we should keep to the racers that did show up at the test race..... At least then we would have "some" advantage ;D ;D I was thinking how to get more people to come to the test phase...

I'll second that. It was a very good test race, but those last 10 laps really starts making your eyes blurry, and it's easy to lose your concentration and your rhythm. But overall, I was pleased with the race. And as XT said, we were all in the 1:58 range (+ or -). Great race guys!!! Now if we could get all of those people that are signed up for this league to race, it would be great. I know, a lot of you are still enjoying the nice weather and such. It was just a thought.

Wow, nice close racing there! Looks like a lot of fun. Unfortunately I'm not 100% sure if I can be here for the next race.. my parents are coming all the way up from my home town just to visit my brother and I next weekend, and I think we're going out for dinner on sunday. I'm not sure about the time, though.. I'll practice anyway, and we'll see how it goes!

Whut ? The race isn't this coming sunday ? d**n! Here I'm training for it ... grrr Edit: Oh, the test race... Didn't knew about it, otherwise I had come. Previous time we had a mail about a test race.... yeps , I explane it once more On the website you see the calendar : www.liveforspeed.be/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=63&Itemid=84There you can see we have an official race every 2 weeks or if some say every 15 days The Sundays in between we always try to have a test race. It is the same combo as the official race to follow and with equal number of laps. so Ideal to know if you can make it or not with the tires, fuel etc.. And an opportunity to test things out for next season like the Safety car procedure. I do not understand that you did not receive the race mail. I did send one to all. I will send you a test mail after this to check your e-mail address. But even if you do not receive the mail I always put a copy of it in the restricted area of this forum. This because it is necessary to read it , because of special rules, important things to look after and... the password for the closed session.
